The PCT 4 Constable's Office closed down a drug house in Spring yesterday, making 3 arrests and recovering some stolen property in the process.
According to reports, on Monday, November 20, 2017, a Deputy with
Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office was investigating a previous robbery, which led him to the 23000 block of Lestergate Drive in Spring.
Upon the Deputy’s arrival, he made contact with the Robbery suspect, Justin Ramsey (24, Spring), who was immediately detained.
During the investigation, Constable Deputies discovered evidence of illegal drug activity in the home and detained two other suspects at the location, John Littmann (56, Spring) and Stephen Vollentine (34, Willis).
As a result, Deputies obtained a search warrant for the residence and were able to remove a large amount of Crystal Meth, Marijuana, LSD, Various Steroids, prescription medication and two firearms from the home. Also, a stolen U-haul truck was located at the residence and returned to the owner.
All three suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County jail.
“John Littman was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Synthetic Narcotic and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.. Stephen Vollentine was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was given No Bond out of the 209th District Court. Justin Ramsey was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and was given No Bond out of the 179th District Court. Additional charges will be filed once lab results are returned. The original Robbery is still under investigation and charges will be filed once the investigation is complete.” – Constable Mark Herman
