According to reports from
PCT 4, on Thanksgiving evening (Thursday, November 23), Undercover and Patrol Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office rescued a 17-year-old female that was forced into prostitution in our area.
Constable Deputies rescued the teen from the Express Inn motel, located at 16720 North Freeway. The victim was identified as a runaway from La Grange, TX and was reported to have been trafficked to the motel, where back page ads were posted on social media by her suspected traffickers.
Deputies quickly arrested 3 suspects, one of which was reported to have threatened the teen by holding a gun to her head to make her submit to prostitution.
The 3 suspects were identified as:
Jaimian Sims (25, Missouri City) was charged with Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
Kendra Kimball (23, Houston) was charged with Compelling Prostitution of a Minor.
Tevin Brown (25, Houston) was charged with Unlawfully Carrying of a weapon.
In addition, Constables recovered $6,467.00 cash and 0.5 ounces of Marijuana. The teen was released into the custody of her mother and grandmother and returned back home to LaGrange.
