A pair of local teens are now facing Aggravated Assault charges after they threatened a victim with a handgun after stealing items off his porch.
According to reports from PCT 4, on January 28, 2018, deputies with
Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to an Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon in the 21400 block of Oak Bridge Ln. Upon arriving, the complainant reported that two known suspects came to the residence and stole property from the front porch.
When confronted by the complainant one of the suspects, identified as Justin Croft (17, Spring), pulled a handgun from his waistband, pointed it and threatened to shoot the complainant.
"Justin Craft was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $50,000.00 out of the 337th District Court. The second suspect, who was discovered to be a juvenile, was also charged criminally. " - Constable Mark Herman
