Deputies were able to rescue a runaway female teenager and arrest the pimp who had allegedly forced her into sex trafficking.
According to reports from PCT 4, on March 13, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office were dispatched to the 23600 block of Tree House Lane in Spring in reference to the recovery of a runaway.
The caller advised that a juvenile female was suspected to being held against her will and used in sex trafficking. Upon deputies arriving, they located the runaway female in a vehicle with an adult male. The female made the outcry that she was being forced to perform sexual acts on individuals against her will by the male she was found with in the vehicle.
The victim also advised that she had met the male through an online dating application and he had picked her up and brought her to the Houston area. Once in Houston, the victim was forced into prostitution by the male. Constable Investigators detained and identified the male as Kolbe Doyle (19, Fresno).
Constable Investigators were able to identify an additional suspect at the scene and further criminal charges are expected in this case.
Kolbe Doyle was arrested, booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with Trafficking of a Person (minor age) and Compelling Prostitution of a Minor. His bond is set at $50,000.00 out of the 180th District Court.
