The Harris County PCT 4 Constable's Office arrested a Spring man on Sunday for allegedly shooting a gun at the ground near someone he was arguing with.
According to reports from PCT 4, on February 10, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 22200 block of Acorn Valley Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon deputies arriving, the complainant advised he was in a verbal altercation with the suspect who was identified as Coy Savage. During the altercation, the complainant advised that Coy Savage retrieved a rifle from the residence and fired it four times into the ground towards him. He stated was in fear for his life and immediately called for police assistance.
Constable Deputies detained Coy Savage at the scene and discovered he was intoxicated.
