According to reports from PCT 4, on April 19, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office were responded to a residence in the 2400 block of Kolby Way in reference to an in-progress home invasion call.
Upon deputies arriving, they quickly located and detained three armed suspects inside of the residence.
The suspects were identified to be Pascual Lopez, Antonio Sotello, and Robino Ortiz-Oduma. Further investigation revealed that the suspects burglarized the residence due to alleged drug activity within the location.
During the investigation, Constable Deputies located several narcotics, handguns, and $ 8,555.00 in U.S. Currency inside the residence that is believed to be profits from the sales of narcotics. All contraband was seized for evidence.
"Pascual Lopez, Antonio Sotello, and Robino Ortiz-Oduma were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon. Robino Ortiz-Oduma received No Bond, Pascual Lopez and Antonio Sotello bonds were set at $50,000.00 each out of the 228th District Court. Additional charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance will be filed against the complainant upon drug chemistry results from the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences." - Constable Mark Herman
