On June 5, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 15800 block of Belmar Heights Drive in reference to a disturbance.
 
Upon deputies arriving, it was discovered that the suspect, identified as Jana Hanson broke into the residence and assaulted the homeowner.
 
"Jana Hanson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary Habitation with Intent To Commit Assault.
 
Her bond was set at $15,000.00 out of the 248th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
