On July 13, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Officer were dispatched to the 14300 block of Cedar Point Drive in reference to a vehicle that struck a house.
 
It was reported that the driver fled the scene on foot.
 
Witnesses were able to detain the driver until deputies arrived. He was apprehended and identified as David Atilies.
 
Only minor injuries were sustained as a result of the crash.
 
"David Atiles was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to Stop and Give Information.
 
His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 2." - Constable Mark Herman
