On September 18, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 11900 block of Muir Grove Trail in reference to a theft in progress.
 
While enoute to the scene, a witness provided dispatch with a description of of the suspect and the vehicle he fled in.
 
A Sergeant located the vehicle nearby and conducted a traffic stop.
 
The driver was detained and identified as Yoe Hernandez Martinez, who admitted to stealing building material and damaging the surveillance camera at the scene.
 
“Yoe Martinez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft.
 
His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 14." - Constable Mark Herman
