On October 11, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Walgreens located in the 3700 block of Atascocita Road in reference to a theft.

Upon deputies arriving, store management advised that an unknown suspect broke into the cologne cabinets and stole over $2,600.00 worth of merchandise.

Video surveillance captured the suspect, which appears to be a Hispanic male, wearing dark colored clothing fleeing the scene in a dark colored passenger vehicle.

"If you have any information regarding the identity of the suspect, you are urged to contact our dispatch at 281-376-3472." - Constable Mark Herman
