Traffic Stop Leads To Recovery Of Stolen Vehicle And Arrest Two Wanted Suspects
On January 18, 2021, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Special Operations Unit conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle in the 11900 block of Cutten Road.
The driver was identified as Evett Rios.
The passenger was identified as Bon Cook, who was a wanted out of state fugitive.
While in custody, Evett Rios was charged with Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon for a robbery she committed on December 6, 2021.
“Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail.
Evett Rios was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.
Her total bond was set at $75,000.00 out of the 184th District Court.
Bon Cook was arrested for the open Out of State Warrant.
He received No Bond out of County Court 5.” - Constable Mark Herman
