Proactive Policing Leads To Arrest Of Wanted Felon
On January 15, 2022, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office observed a male laying on the sidewalk in the 12300 block of Will Clayton Parkway.
Upon making contact, the deputy recognized him as Brett White, a suspect they were actively searching for.
Constable Deputies filed an Aggravated Assault warrant for his arrest on January 14, 2022.
Further investigation revealed he was out on bond for Terroristic Threat, Violation of Bond Conditions, and Assault Previous Conviction.
"Brett White has been arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Aggravated Assault.
He received No Bond out of the 183rd District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
