Constables Arrest Suspect For Indecent Assault
On June 17, 2022, a deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Hurricane Harbor Splashtown located in the 21300 block of the North Freeway.
Upon deputies arriving, investigation revealed that a male suspect groped a female lifeguard.
Constable Deputies were able to locate the suspect, who was identified as Kenneth Kirkpatrick.
"Kenneth Kirkpatrick was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Indecent Assault.
His bond was set at $1,000.00 out of County Court 6." - Constable Mark Herman
