Suspect Arrested For NINE Open Traffic Warrants
On August 2, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 2400 block of High Island Way in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arriving, the suspect involved was identified as Kodi Russie.
Further investigation revealed he had nine open traffic warrants for his arrest.
The warrants were confirmed.
