On September 12, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 6700 block of Atascocita road.
The driver was identified as Treyvion Leday.
During the course of the traffic stop, he was found to have an open Felony Warrant out of Harris County for Money Services Act Violation out of the Houston Police Department.
Further investigation revealed his Texas Texas buyers tag was fictitious.
"Treyvion Leday was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail for the Felony Warrant and charged with Tampering with a Government Record.
His bond for the Felony Warrant was set at $30,000.00 out of the 174th District Court and $100.00 for the new charge out of County Court 14." - Constable Mark Herman
