Constable K9 Captures Barricaded Armed SuspectOn January 29, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 20600 block of Spring Bluff Lane in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, it was discovered that a male suspect broke into a residence and assaulted a female victim inside. The suspect barricaded himself inside the residence and was armed with a firearm. He refused to comply with verbal commands to exit but was then captured by a Constable Canine RINGO. He was identified as Paul Lanferman, a wanted fugitive with an active felony warrant for his arrest out Chambers County, Texas."Paul Lanferman was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the Felony Warrant and charged with Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Assault. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." -Constable Mark Herman
