Suspect Arrested for Making False Report
On January 30, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 21700 block of Inverness Forest Boulevard in reference to a welfare check.
The caller stated an unknown suspect was breaking into his home and he was alone with his child inside.
Upon deputies arriving, the caller identified as Adrian Thomas was located inside the home without his child.
He then reported that his child was taken by unknown suspects.
Further investigation revealed that the child was taken earlier by family members due to a disturbance that occurred earlier at the location and he was aware where is child was.
He reported the false break in to prevent any other family members to arrive to the apartment.
"Adrian Thomas was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with False Report.
