Constables Arrest Driver For Displaying Firearm During Road Rage Incident
On February 2, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 1400 block York Creek in reference to a road rage incident.
Upon deputies arriving, the complainant stated that while traveling on the North Freeway a vehicle tried to merge into his lane from the driver side but the vehicle did not make it into the lane.
The driver then accelerated and got along side of the complainant's vehicle, lowered his window and displayed a firearm.
Constable Deputies located the suspect vehicle and the driver was identified as Marcos Sanchez, who was found to be in possession of a firearm and Xanax.
"Marcos Sanchez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Disorderly Conduct and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
His bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 9." - Constable Mark Herman
