Suspect Arrested for Evading and Possession of Controlled Substance
On March 10, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiate a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 22700 block of Gosling Road.
The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.
Constable Deputies were able to stop the vehicle and the driver was apprehended and identified as Ashley Jimenez.
Further investigation revealed that she was in possession of cocaine.
"Ashley Jimenez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Her bond was set at $3,500.00 out of the 339th District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
