Constables Arrest Suspect for Aggravated Assault
On March 25, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 3600 block of Cyril Drive in reference to a disturbance.
Upon deputies arriving the male involved in the disturbance was identified as Michael Carothers, who was found to have multiple open Misdemeanor Warrants.
Further investigation revealed that he displayed a weapon during a verbal altercation.
"Michael Carothers was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Aggravated Assault.
His bond and court information have not been set at this time."- Constable Mark Herman
