Constables Nab Aggravated Robbery Suspect
On March 29, 2023, deputies with the Constable Mark Herman's office responded to an apartment complex located in the 14300 block of Ella Boulevard in reference to the complainant's stolen cellphone pinging at the location.
The complainant had just filed a report with Harris County Precinct 5 and a warrant for Aggravated Robbery was being issued for the suspect Montavion Alexander-Davis.
The victim agreed to sell his PlayStation 5 to a buyer on Facebook Market.
The buyer came to the victim's residence in a silver Altima and asked to see the console before paying.
Once in his possession, he attempted to drive away.
The victim held on to the passenger side window that was rolled down and was dragged approximately 50 feet.
The suspect then pointed a firearm at him and demanded him to let go.
The victim realized his phone fell into the suspect's vehicle.
Upon arriving to the apartment, the victim pointed out the suspect's vehicle and the suspect to deputies.
The suspect fled on foot, but was quickly apprehended by deputies.
"Montavion Alexander-Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the Aggravated Robbery Warrant and charged with Evading on Foot.
His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
