On March 22, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 8700 block of Elm Drake Lane in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arriving, the callers advised deputies that the suspect, identified as Justin Fernando Vasquez had fled the residence after they discovered he had files of child pornography on his phone along with explicit social media messages about the sexual abuse of children.
During this initial investigation, deputies found that after fleeing the residence, Justin Vasquez sent a text to a family member in regards to wanting to harm himself.
Deputies searched the area for him and eventually located him within a park area.
