On May 9, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 21100 block of Kuykendahl Road in reference to a shoplifter.

Upon deputies arriving, loss prevention advised that a male suspect failed to pay several items, totaling over $101.00 dollars at the self-checkout register, commonly referred to as Skip-Scanning.

The male suspect was detained and identified as Forest Carter.

Further investigation revealed that he had six open Misdemeanor Warrants.

"Forest Carter was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Theft.

His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 3." - Constable Mark Herman
