Burglary Suspect Arrested by Constables Office
On May 11, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Smoke and Cell shop located at 3910 Louetta Road in reference to a burglary alarm.
Upon arriving, the deputy observed a male suspect fleeing the scene.
The deputy gave chase and the suspect was detained and identified as Sean Griffiths.
"Sean Griffiths was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of Business.
His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
