BREAKING THE SILENCE: SUICIDE PREVENTION IN LAW ENFORCEMENT

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month a time to share resources and shed light on this troubling subject.

If you or someone you know is having thoughts of suicide, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available 24/7, 365 days a year. 1-800-273-TALK (8255)

FELLOW OFFICERS: Police officers are at a higher risk for suicide than the general population.

Always make sure you are taking time for yourself.

It is okay to not be okay!
