Disturbance in Harris County leads to arrest of Kathryn AmstutzOn November 13, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a disturbance in the 22000 block of Croy Creek Ct. Upon arriving, the suspect involved was detained and identified as Kathryn Amstutz. Further investigation revealed she arrived to the location and caused a disturbance. One of the home owners went outside to calm her down and she assaulted him before forcing her way into the home and assaulted another person. "Kathryn Amstutz was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Burglary of Habitation with Intent to Commit Assault. Her bond was set at $5,000.00 out of the 208th District court." - Constable Mark Herman
